Refund policy


1.quality issues within the 3 month warranty period, we will provide you with free replacement parts and free shipping.

2.After the 3 month warranty period, you can always buy individual parts in our shop. We will be making videos demonstrating how to replace specific components.

3.We are responsible for diagnose and sending free parts until the board is fixed. For example, if we sent a battery and problem still exists, we will keep sending ESC, Remote, Motors whatever needed, until the moment the right part is replaced and the board is fixed.

4.We reply to all questions within 24 hours. You can get replacement parts within 10-20 days if there is ever an issue with your board.

5.The water damage ,wheels wear ,and artificial damage are NOT included in the warranty.

Refund Policy

1.We don't refund when your ordered products are being built.
2.We don't refund when your order is shipped out.
3.We don't refund when there is an issue with the product you received.
4.We don't accept returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
