Inspection specification for appearance of skateboard motherboard controller

The skateboard motherboard controller is also a kind of circuit board, but compared with the ordinary circuit board, the controller has the advantages of intelligence and automation, and it can be called a controller only when it plays a control role; just like this, it is not only in the production process The quality of the controller is very strict, and there are many requirements for the appearance, so what are there? Here is an introduction to the inspection specifications for the appearance of the controller:

1.The external dimensions of the controller and the connection model, color symbols and related drawing requirements, and the board surface is flat without abnormal deformation.

2.The mark should be clear, correct and securely attached, and the printing must be clear, accurate, and securely attached.

3.The surface of the controller is clean and tidy, and there is no obvious damage, scratches, cracks, mildew, burrs, rust and peeling of the coating. The control part is flexible in operation and should be able to work normally when the rated working voltage is applied.

4.For non-glue-filled controllers, they must be treated with moisture and dust prevention (transparent insulating paint on the back, and transparent paint on the front pins for components with denser feet) before they can be used online.

5.For controllers that need to be potted with insulating materials after assembly, the potted insulating materials should be transparent or translucent (according to the drawings or technical documents if there are special requirements), strong adhesion, waterproof, elastic, non-corrosive, Flame-resistant, no harmful substances.

6.The shape or thickness of the sealing layer should meet the requirements, and the surface of the product should be smooth and clean without oil stains, omissions, cracks, flashing burrs, and not sticking to hands. No bubbles larger than Φ0.5 mm are allowed within 3mm around the integrated block (or chip), thyristor, transformer, rectifier bridge and other components and between adjacent pins of the chip. Bubbles not larger than Φ1.5 mm in other positions It is not allowed to exceed 3 in every 1cm2, and it is not allowed to connect two charged parts or air bubbles larger than Φ1.5mm.

The above is the introduction of the inspection specifications for the appearance of the controller. During the inspection, do not touch the components or conductors on the printed circuit board with your hands or conductors, and do not connect the power input to the high-frequency output terminals, otherwise it will cause the risk of electric shock.
